    Eric (the original “Giant”) founded Giant Construction in 2019 with a clear vision: to create a company rooted in People, Passion, and Precision, where dedicated individuals can build meaningful careers and customers return time and again because they know they can depend on Giant. Drawing on years of experience working alongside seasoned framing professionals, Eric developed a deep respect for the craft and a commitment to excellence that continues to define the company today.

Under his leadership, Giant has experienced rapid growth, with a remarkable track record of repeat business that reflects the trust and confidence of its customers.

    SITE FOREMAN

    Mac Dueck brings over a decade of framing experience to Giant Construction, a passion that started as a teenager working alongside his dad. After honing his skills with several framing companies, Mac found his home at Giant, where his alignment with the company’s core values quickly earned him a leadership role as Site Foreman.

    Mac’s strength lies in his ability to coach and mentor his team, taking the time to explain processes, foster growth, and ensure quality work on every project. His dedication to his crew, combined with his knack for building strong relationships with customers, makes him an invaluable member of the Giant Construction team.

  • AARON HUDSON

    SITE FOREMAN

    With 25 years in the construction industry, Aaron Hudson brings a wealth of hands-on experience and leadership to every project. From siding and concrete to framing, timber framing, renovations, and full-scale builds—if it’s in a house, Aaron has done it.

    As a Site Foreman at Giant Construction, Aaron’s extensive project management experience ensures our projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards. His ability to read blueprints, problem-solve on-site, and think outside the box makes him a trusted leader, keeping builds on track and exceeding client expectations.

    LEAD HAND & EQUIPMENT MANAGER

    Tanner has been with Giant Construction since day one, bringing nearly a decade of framing experience and an unwavering commitment to the team. Dependable and driven, Tanner is a cornerstone of the company, consistently delivering quality work with precision and care.

    As Giant’s go-to machinery expert, Tanner approaches every task with skill and confidence. His energetic nature and sense of humor make him the heart of the job site, creating a positive atmosphere while keeping projects on track.

    LEAD HAND & SAFETY MANAGER

    Blaise Maessen may be one of the youngest members of the team, but his heart, ambition, and natural talent more than make up for his years. A fast learner and skilled framer, Blaise has quickly become an essential part of the Giant Construction team.

    As Lead Hand & Safety Manager, he brings a sharp eye and a carefully honed skillset to every project, expertly reading blueprints and guiding the team to deliver quality work every time.
